Based on our dependable 1U chassis and with a built-in eight port PoE switch, the FX08 is IC Realtime’s newest 4K rendition of the industry’s most reliable, best value rack mount 8 channel NVR. The dedicated backplane 8 port camera switch not only saves rack space, it makes camera installation plug & play easy.

This flexible unit fits in any situation. The FX08 rack ears are removable, so it’s also comfortable on a closet shelf, lockbox, or desktop. But with so many businesses, schools, and high-end homes already wired with CAT5/6 & wire raceways that usually terminate in an equipment closet or rack cabinet, the FX08 is ideal. For any installation site that already has rack space available, such as high-end AV installations, retail stores & warehouses, or any business with rackmount network or IP phone systems with PoE switches, the FX08 can “rack in” wherever a 1U network switch can fit.

AI-ASSISTED 8 CHANNEL 4K SOLUTION
Installation convenience is meaningless without state-of-the-art performance, so IC Realtime designed in full 4k recording and 4K HDMI video output into the FX08 from the start. The embedded Linux industrial-grade processor boasts 128 Mbps throughput coupled to a built-in 8 port 115 watt PoE switch (single port max is 25.5W) and H.265 high compression video encoding. There are 2 SATAIII hard drive bays for a max of 16TB onboard storage (2X 8TB) and 4K HDMI output. FX08 will record all 8 cameras at 1080P or 2 cameras at 4K resolution and is ONVIF (profile S), CGI, SDK & P2P compatible.

FX08 is part of IC Realtime’s FlexSmartAi family of security tools, meaning it works with our AI & deep learning cameras, encoding & recording that camera-based data in the video stream from all it’s IP camera ports. Camera-based Intelligent Motion Detection (IMD) utilizes a deep learning algorithm that recognizes people and vehicles with up to 95% accuracy to reduce or eliminate false alarms. IVS (Intelligent Video System) cameras can be set up to detect abandoned or missing objects or tripwire and intrusion detection areas. The FX08 will record those violation and intrusion events.

SCALEABLE RACK & STACK PoE BLADE
As a standalone 8 channel 4K NVR, the FX08 offers unparalleled performance, but it’s even better when it joins with it’s brother IC Realtime NVRs in larger installations. Like it’s sister 16 channel rack-mountable NVR, the FX16POE-1U4K1, the FX08 can serve as a rack-mounted 8 channel “Blade NVR & POE Switch” in a distributed processing & video security storage system. No matter how many cameras in a system, adding rack-mountable camera “nodes” in 8 & 16 channel increments and directly connected onsite “client” cameras can grow up to whatever camera capacity the job requires with no worries about throughput and storage capacity. Each “node” in the system is a full 16TB capacity dual hard drive NVR with an on-chassis PoE switch, a massive 128Mbps Linux-based processor core, and a 1000Mbs network port.
